Darwin Clayton appoints new Board Director
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Mark Harris to the Darwin Clayton (UK) Ltd Board of Directors from 1st January 2023, in the role of Director – Technical Operations.
Mark has been with the business in a variety of roles since 2004 and has played a critical role in the overall development and governance of our business. Mark has excelled in all the key areas that we would wish for in a Board level Director & more recently has taken on responsibility for a number of FCA regulated activities including product governance at company level.
In his new role, Mark will be responsible for a number of key functions, including:
- Product Governance & Oversight
- Managing Insurer relationships
- Leading our Scheme teams and driving the evolution of our products
- Technical Referral point within the business
- Continuing responsibility for select large/complex client accounts
OUTSIDE WORK
Outside of work, Mark is a keen runner and cyclist, having just completed a milestone of running 1,000 km in a year. Mark is married, with a daughter and enjoys taking the family on adventures, including a recent climb to the summit of Snowden.
